Enid was born on April 1, 1948 in San German, Puerto Rico to Maria Nereida Valles and Alberto Nazario. Her family relocated relocated to Brooklyn, NY where she graduated Prospect Heights High school. After high school went on to work as a bank teller at what is now known as JP Morgan Chase. Enid also ran a small day care business while being a home maker and raising her children. Later Enid and her husband relocated to Toms River, NJ. Enid did some volunteer work at Manchester Firehouse.
Enid is survived by her husband, Luis A. Perez and her beloved children Elsa Perez and Luis A. Perez Jr. along with her grandchildren and many other siblings, relatives and friends who loved her.
