Frank Foster

Born on September 9, 1965, in Newark, NJ, Frankie grew up in Port Monmouth, NJ before moving to Union Beach NJ and later to Toms River, NJ. Frankie spent his later years in Manchester Township, NJ, where he created a loving home filled with laughter and support. A dedicated worker, Frankie found fulfillment in his career as a Jiffy Lube technician and later on as an OTR truck driver. He was particularly proud of his position as a trainer at Roadtex, a role he held until 2018. Frankie's greatest achievements, however, were his children, Amanda Foster and Brian Spano, who were the pride and joy of his life.

Frankie was known for his supportive nature, humor, and sarcasm. His loyalty to his family was unmatched, and he had a remarkable ability to put others' needs before his own, ensuring that everyone around him felt cared for and valued.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Kathy Foster, whom he called “Kat” and their daughter, Amanda Foster. He also leaves behind his son, Brian Spano, and his cherished grandson, Chase Spano. Additionally, he is survived by his mother, Marie Foster; his brother, Joey Foster; and sister-in-law, Tina Foster; along with his sister, Helen Passero; nieces, Jackie Passero, Gianna and Barbara Peck; as well as his great nephews Matthew and George Torre; and a numerous amount of cousins. Frankie will also be remembered by his sister in law, Nicole Bartlett; brothers in law, Matthew Kacer, Richard Bartlett and Manuel Ducos; along with his nephews, Aidan and Odin Bartlett; and niece, Riley Ducos.

He is predeceased by his father, George Foster (1998), and his brother, George Foster (2006).

Frankie will be deeply missed by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness.

A memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Rt. 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
