Gerald H. Gecox

Mr. Gecox proudly served in the Unites States Army and later worked for Mobil Oil and Yorktown Schools.

Gerald was predeceased by his parents Harry & Elsie Gecox as well as his son Gerald "Jerry" Gecox Jr. Surviving is his loving wife Marylou Gecox (nee Gorsen); children Richard Gecox and his wife Janine, Michael Gecox and his wife Kelly, Stacey Funicello and her husband Bob; grandchildren Nicholas, Sydney, Zachary, Robert, MacKenzie, Jaylyn, Patrizia, AAliyah and Michael Jr, and many loving nieces and nephews he adored.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 2PM to 4PM and 6PM to 8PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. Interment will take place on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 1PM at Kensico Cemetery in Valhalla, NY. Please meet at the cemetery as there will not be a procession from the funeral home.
