Mr Stef, 

You were my 8 th grade teacher class of 1972 at Public School number #8.  I   connected with some of my classmates.... on FB and shared stories.  You were such a wonderful teacher to all of us. We would have loved to have had the opportunity to let you know that you inspired us all. Rest In Peace Mt. Stef... ❤️🙏

I had the good fortune to work with Gerry for years in Paterson.  When one is on a Child Study Team, if you are very lucky your team becomes like a family.  I was that lucky.  And Gerry was like the "mischievous brother".  No matter how stressful thing could get, he could always make me laugh.
He was always a charming and gracious host to my family and friends, when we visited Seaside Park. 
My sincerest condolences to those who loved him. He will be missed.

So glad Anna and I got to see you on Monday!! Peace was made that day and you are finally able to rest!! 
We know you will be waiting for Anna in your flip-flops and striped chair!!

Matt and I will always remember you when we visit Seaside Park whether we are on the beach or around town.

To the Stefanacci's Family - I have not seen Gerry since we attended high school together and graduated  in 1961.  Surprisingly, I think of Gerry often and always with a smile or chuckle.  He had a great nature and wonderful self deprecating humor.  He was our starting fullback and a steady tough performer.  I often tell the story of his "lucky" tee shirt that he wore under his shoulder pads.  To Emil and all of his family I hope you get through this loss with the minimum of sorrow and discomfort. Jerry, How can I ever thank you for the wonderful summers on 9th Ave.? You were kind and generous to me, as well as to my friends and family that came to visit. I can't believe we sat on the beach in August talking about your health, and how a quick operation was going to make a new man of you. I can't believe I'll never see you again. For me, it's like your still on 9th Ave. waiting for the next summer to get here. Rest in Peace my friend. I'll never forget you.

Gerry, I am so glad that I spoke to you on Monday.  Matt and Rich went on Wednesday just before your passing. Words cant describe how sad we are.
