Ian A. Valentin, 26, of Whiting, passed away on October 25, 2021 at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden. Born in Edison, NJ, he lived in Barnegat before moving to Whiting. Ian was an exceptional athlete. He excelled in baseball as a pitcher, football and basketball. He loved fishing and playing video games. Ian will be dearly missed and never forgotten.
He is survived by his son Liam; his loving parents Eduardo and Donna Valentin; his bothers Taylor Valentin and Zowie and Kris Valentin and Maureen; his nephews Kristopher Valentin Jr., Jason Groom and Jonathan Valentin; and his niece Hailey Valentin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Oct 28, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Cremation will be private.
