

She was born May 15, 1956 in Canovanas, Puerto Rico. She was raised by her adopted mother, Aracelis Ortiz and her birth father, Pablo Ceballos Allende.
Ivette attended school in Puerto Rico.
She moved to New Jersey in 1982, where she worked as a warehouse worker and housekeeper until she became disabled.
She met the love of her life, Miguel Ayala, the year she moved to New Jersey and they were together ever since.
Ivette was a "very special lady".
She loved helping everyone and making everybody happy.
She loved cooking, crabbing, and having long conversations with her children.
She leaves her husband of 35 years, Miguel Ayala of Lakewood, NJ; her son, Orlando Diaz of Mesa, AZ; her daughters, Aracelis Ortiz of Loiza, Puerto Rico; Lesbia Sanchez and her husband, Albert Sanchez; Gloria Santiago and her companion, Timothy Dodson; Sheila Santiago and her fiancé, Ivan Pagan; Jessica Santiago and her fiancé, Jose Guevarra; 27 Grand Children and many, many great grandchildren.
She also leaves behind her in-laws, brothers, aunts, cousins and many special friends.
Ivette was very special and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm with services at 8:30 pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ.
Cremation will be private.
