

James Duncan, age 66, of Toms River NJ passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick on May 5, 2023. Born in Patterson, NJ, he lived in Eatontown, NJ before moving and settling in Manchester, NJ. Jim was a loving, caring, and generous husband, father, pop-pop, uncle, and brother. He loved traveling with his wife, kids, and family. He loved the blues and playing his electric guitar. He was a proud truck driver and was honored to be a part of the clean-up/rebuilding crew for the World Trade Center. He is predeceased by his parents Theresa and Graham Duncan. He is survived by his loving wife Terri, his children Jimmy Duncan, Chris Duncan, Amy Nolan, and Heather Wilson, his favorite Daughter-in-law Jenny Duncan, and sons-in-law Graeme Wilson and Michael Nolan. His adoring grandchildren are Shane Duncan, Sedona Nolan, Rion Nolan, and Bodhi Nolan. His 2 brothers Mark Duncan and Dan Duncan, and his faithful dog Buddy.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at the Horizon Funeral Home on Rt, 37 West, Toms River from 1-3 pm followed by a celebration of life from 3-6 pm at 1509 11th Ave., Toms River NJ. All visitors, friends, and family are welcome.
