

Jeffery Scott Ogle age 62 of Brick, NJ passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 25, 2017. Born in Plainfield, NJ Jeff was raised in West Belmar, NJ. He resided there and the surrounding area his entire life.
A graduate of Wall High School, Jeff was a retired C.D.L. Driver at the time of his passing. Jeff served his country proudly and honorably in the United States Air Force and was a member of the American Legion. He was a fan of the NY Yankees and loved the Three Stooges. Jeff was a lover and maker of all types of music especially Classic Rock. He was an accomplished musician, songwriter, vocalist and guitarist (Acoustic, Electric & Lap Steel). He was a long time member of many local bands including Days, Axis, Point of View, Cross Roads and 8 Balls.
Jeff was predeceased by his parents John and Marjorie Ogle, his brother Gregory Ogle and his great nephew Daniel Kelly.
Jeff is survived by his two sons, Jon Jeffery Ogle and James Patrick Ogle. His sisters Carol Siemers and her husband Ronald and Linda Jackson and her husband Frank. His nieces, Lori Przygocki and her husband Marty, Beth Morgan and her husband Jeff, Barbara Errickson, Marjorie Kelly and Janet Ogle. Jeff is also survived by his companion Karen Biringer along with many great nieces and nephews, dear family and friends.
A memorial visitation to celebrate Jeff's life will take place on Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 2-4pm at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services 1329 Route 37 West Toms River, NJ 08755 (732) 276-1740. Cremation was private.
