Jennie Fiore Elmo

Jennie Fiore Elmo, 83, of South Seaside Park, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2014 at her daughter’s home in Toms River. Born in East Rutherford, she lived there for many years before permanently residing in South Seaside Park. Jennie was a bookkeeper, working with various businesses over the years before her retirement. She was a parishioner of St. Catharine of Siena Church in Seaside Park. Jennie loved to cook and bake and was an avid Jets and Yankees fan. She especially enjoyed sharing special times with her grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all who loved her.

Surviving are her loving husband of 55 years, Joseph Elmo; her caring children, Joseph J. Elmo and his wife Dawn and Jeanine Vivolo and her husband Scott; her cherished grandchildren Marissa, Joey Jr., Anthony and Michael; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:45 a.m. at St. Catharine of Siena Church, 50 E Street, Seaside Park, NJ. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Toms River.
