Joe was a bowler from a young age and still continued to do so weekly, he was extremely proud of his 300 games. He took up golf later in life and could often be found on the golf course 3 to 4 times a week, much to the dismay of his wife. Joe's favorite pastime was horse racing. A love that started as a child with his father and continued as a passion he enjoyed with his own son through the present. His favorite place to be in the summer was Saratoga Race Course. Not a year went by that he wasn't there making memories with his wife, kids, extended family and friends.
Joe is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Ann (Sarriugarte) Ingram, his son Joseph P Ingram III and his wife Jennifer, daughter Jennifer Bunis and her husband Neil and his adored grandchildren Joseph IV and Amelia Lynn as well as granddogs and grandcats Finley, Riley, Gizmo and Minnie. It also deserves to be noted that Joe was predeceased by his first grandcat, Giacomo, who was named after the 2005 Kentucky Derby winner.
