Joseph Pleva, 89, of the Gardens of Pleasant Plains section of Toms River passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Czechoslovakia, he brought his family to America in 1969 and lived in Howell NJ before moving to Toms River in 2002.
Mr. Pleva was an HVAC Technician, and was employed by Fedders for many years before starting his own HVAC business. He enjoyed traveling and mostly being with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Irene; his children, Rose, her husband Jose Pereira, Irene, her husband Robert Raynor, Eva and her husband David Falzarano; and his four grandchildren, Adam, Alex, Kristine and Angelique.
Private services were entrusted to Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
