Justine Henriques

Justine “Angel” Henriques, age 35, of Howell passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at home. Born in Bronx, NY, she grew up in Howell and lived briefly in New Rochelle as a teenager before returning to New Jersey in 2002.

Justine was an active member of Howell Pop Warner Football, where she was a team mom and was currently serving as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors.  She was a parishioner of St. Veronica RC Church, Howell.

Predeceased by her father, Stanley Alameda, she is survived by her husband, David; her sons, Xavier and Damien; her mother, Jeannette (Janet) Ayala of Howell; her brother, Stanley Alameda Jr. of Howell; her grandmother, Marie Rosa of Howell; her aunts, Joann Rivera of Jackson, and Eva Guzman of Barnegat; her uncle, Joseph Valladares of Sierra Vista, AZ; and her cousins, Paul Rivera, Dayna Rivera, Christina Brown, and Matthew Guzman.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 6-9pm at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:00am on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at St. Veronica RC Church, Howell.  Interment will follow at 11:00am at Brig. Gen W.C. Doyle Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
