Kathleen L. Baker, 59, of Brick passed away Wednesday, September 28 at Community Medical Center in Toms River.
Kathleen is survived by her three sisters; Debora Sokoloski, Barbara Herzing and MaryAnn Baker.
A Memorial Gathering will be on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm with an 11:30 am Memorial Service at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Service, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ 08755.
