Kenneth J Oliver

Ken is survived by his wife Alexandra (Sandy) Oliver, his children: Tammy Thompson of Venice, Fl; Michele Oxley of Sanford, Fl; and Kevin Oliver of Lakehurst, NJ (predeceased).

He is survived by his sisters Beverly McCarthy, her husband Joseph of Little River, SC and sons Brian (predeceased) and Keith; Doreen Muerman, her husband Bill of Lanoka Harbor, NJ and children Jeremy, his wife Alexis; Jason, his wife Sarah of Lanoka Harbor, NJ.

His daughter in law Tara Oliver and grandchildren Nicholas, Elizabeth and Rachael of Lakehurst, NJ; as well as grandsons Wesley Thompson, Michael Oxley and Seth Oxley.

Ken was a past commodore twice of the Toms River Yacht Club, his home away from home. He loved sailing and boating and having his martini.

At any event that had music he requested “Free Bird” he even danced on American Bandstand.

He was one of a kind with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. He will be greatly missed.

Fly like a free bird.

There will be no service or viewing, only a celebration of life. He wanted a party!
