Lawrence V. Heid, 66, of Seaside Heights, NJ, passed away February 28, 2017, at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. He was born in Hackensack, NJ, and was a long-time resident of Seaside Heights. Lawrence was a proud Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was a seasonal employee for the Borough Seaside Heights as a Maintenance Supervisor. He loved cooking, animals, and having fun with his children. His favorite place to be was at the beach.
Lawrence was predeceased by his parents Clifford and Lillian Heid, and his brother Terrance Heid. He is survived by his wife Barbara; his three loving children: Jessica, Katlyn, and Lawrence; his sister Patricia Kennedy and her husband Kevin of Missouri; and his long-time friends, the Nysether family.
Cremation was private and under the direction of Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home of Toms River.
