in Edison, NJ, and attended college at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa.
After graduation, Stephanie lived her adult life in Pennsylvania before returning to live in Toms River in 2011.
She was predeceased by her parents, Steven Papp and Elizabeth G. (Papp) Elkan.
She is survived by her three sisters, Lynn Danco of Piscataway, NJ; Leslie Zarnowski of North Plainfield, NJ; and Laurel Kenney of Stockton, NJ.
She is also survived by her step-sister and brother; Cheryl Elkan of Millstone, NJ and Philip Elkan of Toms River.
Stephanie also leaves behind her dear friends Diane "Dee" Flagg and Debbie Rowe.
Visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2019 from 11 - 12pm with a 12pm service at the Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services located at 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
Entombment will follow at 1:15 pm Monday at Ocean County Memorial Park Cemetery 1722 Silverton Road, Toms River, NJ
