Loretta B. Radecki, 95, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on May 3, 2016, at The Arbors Care Center in Manchester Township, NJ. She was born in Elizabeth, NJ, and lived in Roselle before retiring to Manahawkin in 1974. Loretta retired from Steinbach Department Store in Elizabeth after 20 years of service. She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Barnegat. Loretta loved the beach, reading, cooking, her animals, and vacationing in Florida. Her passion was cooking and creating fun time for her family.
Loretta was pre deceased by her beloved husband Charles Radecki in 2009, and her son-in-law Mark Budaj. She is survived by her son Roger and his wife Sally of Florida; her daughter Cindy Budaj of Toms River; her six grandchildren: Scott, Susan, Michelle, Kurt, Mark, and Carrie; and nine great-grandchildren.
A private funeral will be held on Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Loretta’s name to Toms River Animal Facility, 235 Oak Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753.
