Luis Perez

Luis went to be with the Lord on August 17, 2018. He went quietly overnight in his home, having spent his last day with Mom and Dad loving on them and enjoying their sweet fellowship. While our hearts are heavy laden, we have comfort knowing Luis knew and loved the Lord, had a heart for people and was a good human being.

As has been said, "A Heart of Gold".

Luis was quite the character.

To really know him was to love him.

He has touched the lives of the many people he encountered, sharing a part of his heart with each one of them.

He gave of himself without reservation, volunteering to feed, clothe and care for the hungry, the homeless and the lost.

His desire was to minister to the masses and share Gods Love with those he had the opportunity to meet.

While Luis was a "Jack of all trades" with his own painting and repairs business, his true love was cooking.

He could whip up a meal for one or a hundred in a moments notice.

He enjoyed making people happy and knew he could do that with just a simple stir of the pot.

His unrealized desire was to be a Youth Pastor.

Never having children of his own, he had a heart for the little ones and enjoyed spending time with the young.

He was a kid at heart himself.

Born to Perfecto and Marlene on March 26, 1964, he is survived by his parents; his siblings, Daniel, David, Maria, Michael and Alan and their spouses; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

Luis was a very loving, gentle giant, a kind and caring soul.

His greatest love on earth was his Mother and his Father, as well as his family.

His greatest desire was to give love and be loved and he received it in the utmost purity when the Lord reached out and took him home.

We can only imagine what it will be like.

From the depths of our heart, Luis, you will be sorely missed.
