Born and raised in Bayonne and Jersey City, Marie relocated to Toms River, NJ where she worked for NJ Unemployment Services for over 20 years. Marie retired to Whiting, NJ where she loved to play golf and volunteered with her friend Helen and others at the “Cares” Facility.
Marie was the wife of Michael (Sonny) T. Pape and beloved mother to Patricia, Michele, Michael, Mark and their spouses. She was also a devoted grandmother to Nicole, Dennis, Gregory, Michael, Aaron, Alex and Andrew and great-grandmother to Anastasia and Maya.
Marie (Nana) will surely be missed by family and friends nationwide. We love you mom. May you rest in eternal peace.
