My Godmother Marilyn, was and will forever be the most extraordinary person in my life. She taught me so much and I will be eternally grateful for everything she has done for me and my family, especially my children who love her as if she was another grandmother. Thank you Mal for being there for me from kindergarten, to my sweet 16, my High School summer reading, Confirmation, College Graduation, My wedding, the birth of my kids and so much more. Thank you for teaching me how to cook, shop and much more. Your guidance and lectures have helped mold me into the person I am today. I love you and miss you so much. I will miss talking and texting you everyday. Rest in eternal peace and know that I will tell Jay and Abby all our adventures and stories. Love you forever!

To our dearest Marilyn,

To the dearest, sweetest, person we may ever know. I thank you for YOU, our dear Marilyn.

My love to you and your dearest soul mate, sister, sisters-in-law, brothers, sons-in-law, daughters-in-laws, aunts, uncles, godmothers, friends, and perhaps those who didn't even know Marilyn, and wished they did ....

Marilyn was amazing! Marilyn is, and will continue to always be, the light in all of our lives, whose quiet selfless and supportive spirit shines so brightly and will live on in all of our souls forever. Marilyn represented ALL of the good in all of us, and I am so thankful and blessed, as I know you are too, to know her, and Jean, and all of Marilyn's family.

Wishing you the peace and mindfulness of this moment, and the happiness of the times we all shared with Marilyn and Jean and their families. We are so blessed to know Marilyn.

It was a pleasure to have worked with Marilyn for most of my teaching career. Her passion for teaching was contagious and brought joy to so many children. She was also always ready to offer the support and words of encouragement to her colleagues that was most needed.
Thank you, Marilyn, for being such a special member of the McKinley School family!

My family has lived across the street from Marilyn for 31 years. She always had a smile and a friendly hello. She had a kind and caring heart.
