Mark was born on May 21, 1950, to Elmo and Elizabeth Rhodes. He graduated from Toms River High School South in 1968.
He worked as a manager at Bonanza restaurant in Toms River, and later in the restaurant industry for Ireland Coffee, until retirement.
Mark had many hobbies including traveling, motorcycles, sports cars, flying small aircraft, woodworking, gardening, and beekeeping.
He is survived by his brother, Rockney Rhodes Sr. of Crossville, TN.
Mark will be remembered for his generous spirit and the positive impact he had on those closest to him. He will be greatly missed and we will cherish his memory always.
