Martin L. Resnick, of Lexington, MA, age 65, January 18, 2021. Beloved husband of Marlene B. Simpson for 38 years and most dedicated and cherished father of David and Arim. Martin was born May 27, 1955, in Queens, NY, to Jack and the late Florence Resnick of Kingman, AZ. He also leaves behind his sister-in-law, Dale J. Simpson and his favorite Aunt Paula Goldberg.

Speaking of Legal Seafood, I remember meeting Marlene (probably for the first time) at the “new” Legal Seafood in Chestnut Hill. It was shortly after the original Inman Square location burned down. The Chestnut Hill location was the first with waiter/waitress service. My memories of Martin and Marlene shall always be associated with Legal Seafood. It is great that a server also has fond memories of Martin and Marlene.

Martin was always willing to help in any way. Especially with computer related or electronic advice. He made it make sense while valuing your ideas. Martin also made any chef feel pretty good about their cooking with his willingness to go back for seconds...or thirds.
