

Born and raised in Harrison, NJ he lived there until moving to Toms River in 1985.
A United States Army Veteran of World War II, Mr. Cappuccino attended Seton Hall College on the GI Bill, receiving a BA in 1949.
He worked as an insurance agent for John Hancock Insurance Company, Carlstadt, for over 35 years until retiring in 1985.
Since the age of 8 he was an accomplished trumpet player, and played in bands for over eighty years, stopping only when he outlived his fellow band members.
Mr. Cappuccino was predeceased by his wife, Hazel "Geri" Cappuccino in 1993.
He is survived by his son, Robert and his wife Lynn of Randolph; his grandchildren, Samantha and her husband Andrew Kerwin, and Thomas Cappuccino and his wife Michelle; his great-grandchildren, Penelope and Nolan Williams, and Eleanor and Carmine Cappuccino; and his former daughter-in-law, Irene Cappuccino.
Cremation was private under the direction of Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11am on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at St. Matthew the Apostle RC Church, 335 Dover Chester Road, Randolph, NJ.
Interment and Military Honors will be held at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, 2351 Massachusetts Avenue, Lakewood at a date and time to be announced.
