Phyllis was an insurance pro-rater for Specialty Insurance Agency, Brick. She was sweet and kind, and loved to laugh and have fun. She was generous and always forgiving, and enjoyed going to the beach, sunflowers, gardening, and watching true-crime TV shows. More than anything, she enjoyed being with her family, and she worked hard for everything she had.
She is survived by her children, Jason, Danielle and Michelle; her siblings, David Johnson and Cheryl Johnson; and many cousins whom she loved dearly.
Visitation will be Friday, December 18, 2020 at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River from 2-4 and 7-9. Cremation will be private.
Due to Covid Restrictions, masks must be worn at all times when attending services and we ask that you social distance.
