Ralph Mendez, age 67 of Lakewood, New Jersey, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his daughters, family and life long friends. Ralph is predeceased by his mother, Alejandrina Mendez. He is survived by his daughters Lisa Gogats and Melissa Mendez, as well as his grandchildren Selena, Sarah, Katie and Alexander and long time friend Sandra Shawhan.
An inurnment service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 10:30am at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery and Mausoleum, located at 1 Honey Locust Drive, Lakewood, New Jersey.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services.
