Born in Newark and raised in Bloomfield, she lived in Manchester from 1993 until moving to Toms River in 2009.
Regina always had a smile on her face.
She was a loving aunt to her many nieces and nephews.
Regina was always surrounded by her many loving cousins and friends.
She was dedicated to her loving husband Joe.
Mrs. Monaghan was a Court Transcriber for Elite Medical Transcriptions, Butler, NJ for over 20 years.
Predeceased by her parents, Gennaro and Carmela Zarro, she is survived by her husband, Joseph; her brother, Sam Zarro and wife Peggy of Plano, Texas, her brother Gene Zarro and wife Cheryl of Maui, Hawaii, her uncle Mike Zarro of Solana Beach, California and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A service celebrating Regina's life will be held at Saint Lucy's Church, in Newark, on October 6 at 10:00 AM.
