Richard Lee Kimball, 88, of Toms River, passed away on January 26, 2024. He was born on July 4th, 1935 to John and Leahlia Kimball at Raritan Township, and spent his childhood and young adult life in Iselin, NJ. He had 4 brothers, John, Charlie, Gary and Tom. He moved to Toms River in 1966 and called it home. Richard spent the last 47 years in a bright yellow house by the bay and worked as a Mechanic, a damn good one all his life when he retired in 1997 from Al’s Arco/Larsen Shell in Toms River. He has 5 children, Jeanette, Rich, Eddie, Scott and Kenny and many Grandkids, and 2 Great Grandkids. Most of his free time, he could be found with a fishing pole or a crabbing net in his hands. If you were lucky enough to meet him, you would have loved him.
Visitation will be on Friday, February 2, 2024, from 4-8 PM at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main St., Toms River. Cremation will be private.
