Robert J. Befumo

Robert J. “Bobby” Befumo, 74, of Toms River, NJ, passed away on February 11, 2019, at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He was born in Staten Island, NY, to the late Carmello and Enith (Milano) Befumo. Robert lived in Florida before moving to Toms River 45 years ago. Robert loved all kinds of cars, playing cards, and being outdoors. He was a vivacious people person and enjoyed talking to everyone. His favorite outings were with his family, especially his precious grandchildren.

Robert was predeceased by his beloved wife Kathleen “Toni” Befumo, and his sister Lorraine Befumo. He is survived by his two sons: Joseph R. Befumo and wife Casey of Toms River, and Michael A. Befumo of Toms River; his two granddaughters: Angelina and Alexis; his brother Alan D. Befumo; his sister Barbara Befumo; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, February 15th, from 4 to 8 PM, at the Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River, NJ 08753. There will be a Prayer Service at 7:30 pm Friday evening at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the family would be appreciated.
