Mr. Creviston was predeceased by his wife Marilyn Creviston, son John Creviston and his parents John and Blanch Creviston. Surviving are his children Douglas Creviston, Lynn Liverakos, James Creviston and his wife Becky and daughter-in-law Nancy Creviston; grandchildren Robert Price, Alice, Ian, Caleb and Katlyn Creviston; siblings Bona Heitman and Richard Creviston.
Cremation was private and entrusted to Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 12PM at Morning Star Presbyterian Church, 1 Morning Star Way, Bayville.
