Robert E. Waldheim

Robert was born on August 5, 1947 in Elizabeth, NJ, son of Charles and Elizabeth Waldheim.

Later, he moved to Roselle where he graduated from Abraham Clark High School in 1965.

He worked at Merck Pharmaceuticals in Rahway for many years, then retired to Toms River.

He is survived by his sister Beverly (Vernon) Markant of Niagara Falls, NY and by his half brother John (Wanda) Waldheim of Florida, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Also surviving him, is his longtime partner Angie Bowler and her two daughters Adina and Angel of whom he helped raise, and Adina's son Joseph Bowler whom he also raised as his son.

Joseph and his fiancé Katie Cosentino and their two children, Lily and Raiden, lived with Robert and were loved by him dearly.

Robert is pre-deceased by his parents Charles and Elizabeth Waldheim, an infant brother, a half brother Herbert (Jean) Waldheim, and a half sister Lois (Roger) Flood.

Viewing will be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 W, Toms River, NJ from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with a funeral service held at the funeral home at 4pm.

Burial November 13 at Rosehill Cemetery, Linden.
