She is preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Mary (Sherrier) Engesser.
Ruth is survived by her children, Debra (Boyko) Weir and her husband Colin, Herman Boyko and his wife Deborah; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Gathering will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River, NJ 08755.
Inurnment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery & Mausoleum, 62 Cedar Grove Road, Toms River, NJ 08753.
