A US Army Veteran of World War II, Mr. Rich was employed as a Fundraiser for the American Jewish Committee, New York City, for over forty years.
He was an avid art collector, particularly of etchings, and enjoyed fishing, antiquing, and music.
Predeceased by his wife, the former Roslyn Cohen, he is survived by his daughter, Sheryl Baker and her husband Bill; two grandchildren, Jessica and Max; and a great-grandson, Charles.
Interment will be private at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
