Born in South Amboy, he lived there until moving to Freehold.
He lived in Tinton Falls for many years before settling in Manchester.
Mr. Estelle was a self employed Truck Driver for over forty years prior to his retirement in 1995. An owner/operator, he drove for Nappi Trucking, Matawan, and later for Shop-Rite.
He was a member of the Estelle Deer Club, and was a volunteer fire fighter and fire commissioner with the Pine Brook Fire Company, Tinton Falls.
He is survived by his wife Judy; his children, Stephen Estelle and his wife Gwendolyn of Jackson, and Mimi Pavia of Wall; his grandchildren, Stephen W. IV, Ashley, Michael, Chrissy, and Joey; and his brothers, Charles Estelle of Virginia and Robert Estelle of Freehold.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 4-7pm at Horizon Funeral and Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
In keeping with Steve's wishes, the family asks that you wear jeans and a white t-shirt to the memorial gathering.
