Teresa was born in Neptune, NJ to Veronica and Charles Carty. She was married to Edward Francis Sr. and lived most of her life in Monmouth County, until her retirement as a bookkeeper. Teresa loved country line dancing, movies, her family and a good dessert.
She is predeceased by her husband, Edward Francis Sr.; her parents, Veronica and Charles Carty; her grandson, Dillon Taylor; and her sister, Barbara Manis.
She is survived by her daughter, Tracey Manning and husband, Michael Manning of Wall Township; her son, Edward Francis Jr. his wife, Lisa Francis and their daughters Jennifer and Dawn Francis of South Toms River; her son, Craig Francis of Howell; her granddaughter, Tara Taylor of Lexington, NC; her three great grandchildren, Jeremy, Ryan, and Tessa Huyler of Lexington, NC; and her sister, Sharon Bailey of Toms River.
There will be a small service on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10:00 am at Atlantic View Cemetery And Mausoleum, Church Street and Forest Ave, Manasquan, NJ 08736.
