Walter John Briggs, 86, of Whiting, passed away on January 27, 2015 at Concord Health Care in Lakewood. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 12 p.m. until the service at 1:00 p.m. at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River. Burial will privately be held at Brig. General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown. A more complete life story will be coming soon.
