William N. Do Carmo

William was preceded in death by his parents Daniel Sr. and Helen Gibson do Carmo, along with his 2 brothers Daniel Jr, and Finley.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Dolores Ann Orenic of Struthers, Ohio, their children Sharon Marie (husband Richard Ward) Flynn, son Peter Norton (wife Karen Hullfish) of Blufton South Carolina, and 3 grandchildren, Brett William, Andrew Ward, and Amanda Marie Flynn of Randolph NJ. William is also survived by his younger brother Winston Gibson do Carmo and his wife Laurie of Alexandria Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

William was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He attended Anacostia High School in Washington, DC, and the University of Maryland. William worked his career in retail management and retired from Bradlees Department Stores in 2000. William enjoyed travel with his family, golf, history books, and daily walks with Dolores.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass to be held in the chapel of St. Barnabas Parish on Monday April 7, 2025, at 11:00AM. The church address is 33 Woodland Road, Bayville NJ

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the St. Barnabas, St. Vincent de Paul Society.
