Bill played drums for several local bands, both in the New Brunswick area and Ocean County shore towns. Bill started playing drums as a child when his father bought him his first drum set. He met his future wife, Michelle through his love of music while playing with the band, At Large at Tin Lizzie’s in Toms River. Bill’s favorite band was the British rock band, Status Quo.
Everything for Bill was about “my girls.” He loved to fish and took all of his girls fishing–daughters, granddaughters and nieces. When Bill was 12 years old he caught his first trout in Jackson, NJ. Twenty six years later Bill took his 12 year old daughter Rose to the same spot, where she caught her first trout.
Bill got his love of camping and travel from his parents who took him and his 4 siblings camping all over the Eastern U.S. for many years. His dream was always to drive his camper out west and his dream trip came true in 2022 when he and his wife, Michelle traveled to Mt. Rushmore and Devil’s Tower in Wyoming. He shared these great memories and many other wonderful camping trips with Michelle.
