Bill grew up in South Orange before studying psychology at Seton Hall University, where he worked alongside his mother, before switching gears and beginning a career that would span more than 35 years at Hudson Toyota, where he became known to everyone as "Uncle Billy." What started as a career as a trusted car salesman eventually led to his role as Used Car Manager, but no matter what title he held, one thing never changed: he was always there. Bill was someone you could always count on. He treated his family like royalty and extended that same kindness and generosity to just about everyone he met. Bill had a way of making people feel welcome. He loved sharing great food, good conversation, and the company of those he cared about. Family was the center of his world.

Bill was a loving and devoted father to his two children, Justin and Alexis, and an out-of-this-world Papa to his beloved grandson, Carter. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with the people he loved.

Bill was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Ann Rebhan; his twin sister, Patty; his sister, Betty; his brother, Jimmy; and his nephew, Josh.

He is survived by his children, Justin and Alexis, and his cherished grandson, Carter. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many lives he touched through his kindness, generosity, and unwavering presence.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 8:00 p.m., at Anderson & Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River. Cremation will be private.
