Beachwood - William “Bill” W. Yuengel, 65, passed away on Monday, November 26 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in South Amboy, Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William and Florence, and his sister, Florence Hall. Bill worked for the last 12 years at Tyler Distribution as a Compliance Manager in Cranbury. He retired this past January. Bill loved his family and was very proud of his children and their accomplishments. He loved his cars, music, and sports, especially baseball. He enjoyed riding his Harley and going to concerts. Bill coached Little League in Beachwood for eight years, and loved traveling to watch his son play baseball in high school and college. He took great pride in giving his grandsons tips about sports and life and watching them play music and sports. A good day was time spent with his family, watching the Yankees, catching his grandsons’ sports games, and a cup of coffee from 7-Eleven. Bill is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary; his daughter and son-in-law, April and Mark Riccardi of Beachwood; his son and daughter-in-law, Bill and Karen Yuengel, of Doylestown, Pa; four grandchildren Connor and Cameron Riccardi and Liam and Lucy Yuengel; his aunt, Ruth Corris of Texas; and cousins Rich Corris, Tennessee, and Cheryl Sloan, Texas. Visitation will be 6-9 pm on Thursday, November 29th at Anderson and Campbell Funeral Home, 703 Main Street, Toms River. Burial will be Friday, November 30th at Old Tennent Cemetery in Manalapan, NJ.
