Mikulka, Anna, passed away with grace and dignity at Sunnybrook Hospital on Wednesday, December 11th, 2013 in her 88th year. She is survived by her beloved husband, Michael Mikulka; her children, Linda, Sandy (Ted) and Michael (Gloria) and her grandson, Terran. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 2 – 5 pm at the Trull Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 2704 Yonge Street, Toronto. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 16 at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Sunnybrook Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
