Anna Nicolaou

Anna was born on August 14, 1930 in Perasma Greece. Anna came to Canada in 1959 with her three sons Chris, Peter And Tom, where she immersed herself into Canadian culture. Anna‘s husband George came to Canada a year prior to get the family established in Toronto.

Anna was familiar in several languages and retired from the Toronto District school board as a custodian after her 20 years of service. Anna's home was the gathering spot for family to come together to enjoy a meal and laugh. Her door was always open for family and friends to come and go at any time.

Anna had five grandchildren, Amanda, Corey, Tearsa, Michael and Tia, who were her pride and joy.

Anna had a passion for gardening various flowers and vegetables, and she also enjoyed knitting and crocheting blankets and clothing.

The family appreciates all your kind gestures' during this difficult time.

Visitation will take place at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON, M1K2B5, CA, on March 7, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Jerrett Funeral Homes from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm in the chapel.

Burial will follow at Pine Hills Cemetery and Funeral Centre, 625 Birchmount Rd, Toronto, ON, M1K 1R1, CA, on March 7, 2026.
