Anne Maria O'Connor

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anne O'Connor, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left us on Thursday, August 22 2024. Anne passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her family. Anne was full of love and warmth to all who knew her, and her memory will be cherished forever.

Anne was the devoted wife of Mike O'Connor, with whom she shared 42 years of marriage. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and countless cherished memories. She was the loving mother of Nicole, Chantelle and Justin(Jalissa). As a proud grandmother, Anne found immense joy in her grandchildren, Carter and Emery, who were the light of her life. She was looking forward to the upcoming birth of her third grandson.

Anne was also a dear sister to the Schillings and a friend to many. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support touched the lives of everyone she met. Whether she was offering a listening ear, a warm embrace, or simply her time, Anne made the world a better place just by being in it.

Anne's legacy of love, kindness, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Rest in peace, Anne. You will forever be in our hearts.

Family and friends may gather at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, ON M1K 2B5 (just south of Eglinton Ave. E.) on August 28, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Immaculate Heart of Mary, 131 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1N 3J7 on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM . Cremation to follow.
