It is with great sadness that the family of Antonio Cincinnato, born July 14, 1971, in Toronto to Dora and Eliseo, passed away in a workplace accident on October 11, 2023, at the age of 52. A vibrant man who is a deeply loved soul mate, best friend, beloved son, and brother, and still expected to walk through the door.
For most, he was affectionately known as Tony. His kind nature and genuine love for others have left a mark on all the lives he touched. His ability to connect with people and his generosity of spirit made him a cherished friend to many. He was an embodiment of compassion and appreciation of forgiveness and second chances.
A warm and welcoming host with a love for sharing good conversation and food, he spent most of his adult life working in the hospitality industry, including Toronto's finest restaurants. His transition to working in construction post-pandemic was the start of a new chapter. This unexpected and sudden passing is life-changing for those closest to him.
A close-knit family, he will be remembered by the love of his life, Brae, devoted partner and spouse; his parents, Dora and Eliseo, whom he spoke with daily and visited often; his brother Paul (Nicolien), a positive role model; and sister Mary (Barrie), with whom he could easily share a laugh. Uncle to Kaitlin and Alicia (Hudson). He will also be missed by numerous friends and extended family across Canada and Italy.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life on October 25, 2023, at Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON M6E 1B1, starting at 11 am with a service at 3 pm. Tony's celebration will continue until 6 pm.
