Mrs. Reuben, I am sorry that I am sending you this message so long after the loss of your son, Arthur.

I did not know him.  But I know his story.  We heard.  We all heard about Arthur on radio, on TV, in newspapers.  

We were saddened and horrified on your behalf and the behalf of those who love and miss him.  Especially his son.

I want you to know that I listened.  

Many of us hope for more change - perhaps we even see the wheel turning, moving forward to change.
