Beth served on the board of the C/S Info Centre years ago.  A consumer myself, the centre offered me my first long term employment.  I will never forget her.  My condolences to her very large community.

I have many fond memories of school days at Porter with Beth.

My earliest memory of Beth is from around 1948, on a Sunday morning when the Snow family went to church at Woodgreen.
Over the years, we enjoyed visiting the Tewkesburys in Scarboro from time to time, to see Uncle Bill, Aunt Margaret, Nanny, Beth and Bill Jr.
In August 2011, my wife Judy and I were pleased to welcome Beth to our home on the occasion of a party celebrating the weddings of our son Adam and our daughter Amy that had taken place during the previous two months.  Beth was able to meet many cousins that she had not seen before.
Judy and I feel that yesterday's funeral and committal services were moving and appropriate, and we appreciated the chance to join in.
We have been aware of the challenges Beth faced, particularly in recent years, and believe that she is now in a better place.

The service today was a wonderful celebration of a life well lived!
Beth was fortunate  to have a great brother and family, as well as many close friends to share her life.  She was an inspiration!  I am happy to make a donation to CAMH in her honour.

I was very blessed to have Beth choose me as her contact worker in Progress Place in 2016, it gave me a lot of joy to chat with her and she would always ask me about my sons.

Even during the pandemic, I was grateful for the opportunity to call her and chat with her even if it were a few moments at a time.

My condolences to family and friends of Beth. The world has lost a steadfast and loyal person but she is in a better place now.
My husband Rodney and I met Beth in the early 1980s when she joined our bible study group . We were struck by her honesty, wise observations and thoughtfulness.
Beth had a rich life and many friends. Interacting with them kept her days fruitful and busy. Among her friends were many elderly people that she assisted with both physical and emotional needs. She particularly delighted in two young women with intellectual disabilities that she visited weekly to take out  to restaurants, parks, movies and other exciting entertainment of interest to them.
Beth became part of our family as well. She  called us frequently to see how we were. In her role as godmother to our two daughters she always asked them all about their lives and took them out for breakfast on their birthdays.  Her personal care and interest meant so much to them.
Beth was a person who managed to turn her sorrows into sweetness. She always had a listening ear and a helpful hand. She spoke the truth in love and was a great support to many people including our family.  Her legacy is her faithfulness and strength which she has passed on to her friends and family. 
She will be greatly missed.

Our deepest condolences to family and friends of Beth.  I first met Beth in the summer of 1984 when she first joined Progress Place, she became an active member of the Café Unit at that time.  She went on to explore all the various units and always made a huge contribution.   Later Beth joined the Clubhouse Training Team teaching members and staff from around the world about the Clubhouse Model for adults living with mental illness.  Eventually Beth joined the International Clubhouse Faculty in partnership with Progress Place and Clubhouse International accrediting clubhouses around the world in locations such as England all over the U.S., Asia, Russia etc.  With Beth's involvement in training and accreditation she positively impacted the lives of thousands of people living with mental illness around the globe.  Beth was an inspiration to us all.  Beth eventually retired and stopped coming into Progress Place but  she regularly kept in touch with many of us.  Beth had many lifelong friends that she met in the Clubhouse world and at Progress Place.  Beth will be missed but never forgotten.
