Bonnie Jean Walker

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bonnie-Jean Walker, born May 21 1958 - October 5, 2022. Daughter of, and predeceased by mother Eleanor Robar (May 27, 1935 - December 3, 2015), and father John Walker (May 26, 1933 - September 6, 1964). Bonnie is survived by son Shane Phillip E. Walker, and daughter Jena McTavish (Mandy Walker), Brothers Tony (Anthony) Walker, Danny (Daniel) Walker, Bobby (Robert) Walker, and sisters Chris (Christina) Ann Walker, Heather Walker, and Lynn Kermack (nee Walker). Nieces and Nephews Trevor Kermack, Lincoln Kermack, Lyndon Kermack, Robert Walker Jr., Malissa Gibbs, Eleanor Rye (nee Walker), Chrissy (Christine) Froude, Michelle Walker, Mike (Michael) Walker, and Tammy Froude-Brown. Many great nieces and nephews, and a few great-great nieces, and nephews.

Bonnie’s true passion was being mother to all she knew, she spent most of her younger years looking after children. Many lives were touched by Bonnie’s nurturing nature, too many to recount.

A viewing and visitation will be held October 27th, 2022 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm , and a service will follow at 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes - Scarborough Chapel.
