Calogero was born on July 16, 1942 in Delia, Caltanissetta, Sicily, Italy.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife Giuseppina of 55 years.
A loving father of Carmela (Enzo Mazzeo), Graziella (Rudy Cantore), and Gaetano (Alessandra) and cherished grandfather of Carlo, Annalisa, Alexia, Marissa, Adriano, and Alessio.
He will be dearly missed by his siblings; Alfonzina (Calogero), Carmela (late Diego), and reunited with his sister Rita (Luigi), and brother Orazio (Carmela). He will also be remembered by his brothers-in-law and sisters in-law; Sebastian (Fifa), Antonio (Rose), Giuseppe (Anna), and Charlie (Robin). Calogero has been reunited in heaven with his predeceased loved ones.
Calogero’s legacy will remain in all the lives he has touched and in the hearts of his family, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, March 30 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm & 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Jerrett Funeral Homes, 1141 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto. The funeral mass will take place on Monday, March 31 at 10:00am at St. Clare’s Church, 1118 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto. Entombment to follow at Westminster Cemetery, 5830 Bathurst Street, Toronto.
Donations in memory of Calogero may be made to Sick Children’s Hospital.
