Catena is now reunited with her beloved husband, Michele. She was the loving mother of Sina (Giovanni Stillitano), Laura (Gary Kosowich), and Angela (Peter Fuoco). Cherished Nonna of Tony (Shannon), Michele, Danny, Domenica, Catena, Amanda and Ashley. Proud Bisnonna to Romeo, Madalyne, Tatyana, and Alessio. She is survived by her brother Salvatore and is reunited in heaven with her siblings Teresa, Domenico, Luigi, Carmela, Angela, Immacolata, and Rosa.
Catena loved her grandchildren more than anything; they were the greatest joy of her life. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family and friends.
A visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, located at 1141 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON, M6E 1B1, on Sunday February 22, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral mass is scheduled for Monday February 23, 2026, from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at Saint Anthony's Church, 1041 Bloor St W, Toronto, ON, M6H 1M4.
Entombment will take place on Monday February 23, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Ln, Toronto, ON, M2H 3C8.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society or Osteoporosis Society Canada.
