It is with great sadness that we the family wish to announce the passing of our brother, uncle, and cousin Charles Brian Power, of Toronto, on Feb. 1, 2012 at St. Michael's Hospital, with family by his side.
Born in New Waterford on October, 25, 1946, he was the son of the late Patrick 'Patty' and Stella (MacPherson) Power.
Brian is survived by brothers, Cyril (Margie) Power and Johnny (Leona) Power; sisters, Kathleen 'Babs' Hareguy and Jean LeMoine.
Brian was predeceased by his parents, his ex wife (Theresa), brothers Joe, Kevin, Pat, Leo, Finlay, and James (in infancy), sisters TC (Theresa Perfect) Maureen Chiasson and Patricia (in infancy).
A memorial service will be held at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home, 467 Sherbourne Street, Toronto, Wednesday, February 8th at 10:00 a.m., with viewing at 9:00 a.m.. A private grave side service for Charles Brian will be held at a later date in Cape Breton, NS.
