Cristeta Billedo Arrubio

Cristy was born on October 27, 1948, in Bangued, Abra, Philippines, to Simeon and Viviana. Her kindness, patience, and dedication touched the lives of countless family and friends.

Cristy married her high school sweetheart, Pablo Rapal Arrubio, in 1969, and together they built a loving home filled with laughter, music, and faith. She was known for her warm heart, her love of gardening, and her ability to make everyone feel welcome at her table.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Pablo; her surviving siblings, Nenita, Josephina, and Cecilia; her children, Teresita, Jonathan, Jeffrey King, Jeniel, and Mary Jane; and her grandchildren, Nicole Aika, Jenzest, Francesca Akia, Jillien, Jonami Kyla, Jhazriel Micjae, Lance Jheamar, and Tyler James.

A visitation for Cristeta will be held Friday, October 10, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Jerrett Funeral Homes, 660 Kennedy Road, Toronto, ON M1K2B5. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at St. Rose of Lima, 3216 Lawrence Ave E, Toronto, ON M1H 1A4. An entombment will occur following the service at Highland Memory Gardens, 33 Memory Gardens Ln, Toronto, ON M2H 3C8.

Friends are invited to gather with the family following the service for a time of fellowship and refreshments.

In loving memory of Cristeta Arrubio, the family invites those who wish to contribute to do so in her honor. Donations will assist with memorial arrangements and associated expenses.
